Slightly OT: I just upgraded my workstation to SuSE 9.2 and noticed from the release notes that x3270 is no longer included in the distro. It was missing from 9.1, too, evidently because no one is supporting the product.
That's news to me, and I suspect it's news to the author:

The latest release was July 1, 2004.
The x3270 "about" verbiage says the build that I downloaded and installed was done on April 6, 2004. Seems current to me. Does anyone know what has or will happen to x3270? It is really useful in keeping an eye on z/VM as well as z/OS.
You could ask Paul Mattes, whose name appears on the web page as the contact: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
My guess is that it's just fine and not going anywhere, even if SuSE doesn't care to support it any more.
