You have to apply for a license key based on your CPUID, but it's free. So just take the CPUID that Herc is running as and apply with that.
The program, the license manager, and the key all come as RPM files. So you need to use "alien" to convert the first two to tgzs you can install, and then you can actually just use a hex editor on the key RPM to find the bit where it calls lms_add with your key.
I wonder if the UTS Global guys would (hint, hint) make a straight-up tarball available.
