On any machine, I always operate with my userid and use 'sudo' as much as
possible. Even I dont trust myself logging in as root as I issue commands
fast and furious sometimes!

But it allows your operators to add users, delete users, and change
passwords on users (including root!), read, update, and delete any file
on the system. <shudder> Far too much power for the operators in OUR
shop!!
