I see how to use CP DEF STOR to define a guest with discontiguous
memory ranges.

What I do not see is how to tell Linux "OK, use the bottom 64 MB. Then
128MB-256MB is going to be used for your swap segment, 256MB-1G will
hold the /usr DCSS, and 1G-1G+128MB is yours again to use for core."

How do I do this? (Where "this" is to tell the kernel, "use 0-64MB and
1024-1152MB") ?
