QUICKDSP should be given only to userids that perform critical function on behalf of multiple other virtual machines or whose failure to be dispatched could inhibit your ability to manage system performance. For example, the TCPIP server is usually QUICKDSP as it needs to provide interactive services to other virtual machines. If you need to telnet into the system in order to fix a performance problem....
