I attended an IBM OS/390 Suse Linux Class. In this class I installed Suse9 by writing 3 files to the O/S 390 Card Punch, IPL'ing it and then installing Suse9.
Is this procedure the best and easiest way to go to 9.0? Would it be easier to upgrade from 8 to 9?
