Hi! I also tried to install sarge in that way, but the installer menu didn't worked (in LPAR with 256MB memory)... so today I'm trying 3 things:
rsync slack390, install tao390 and try to upgrade woody to sarge. We used to install new sarge on PC servers with the woody installer CD, just changing the sources.list and run apt-get when it's needed...I'm a debian lover, so I hope it will work here too..
