Here is the line I ended up using.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ftwjr.com]# cp -R /home2/home/httpd/vhosts/ftwjr.com
/home/httpd/vhosts/ftwjr.com

That copied all the subfolders that I wanted it to. The only problem
is that I ended up creating a new subfolder called ftwjr.com within the
ftwjr.com folder.

Since this is going on a web server, I "Must" create all the folders
in advance with another program. So, my question is, how do I copy the
files into an existing folder called ftwjr.com without creating a new
subfolder with the same name?
