You should be able to run redhat-config-network to accomplish this.

Subject: Changing CTC interface to QDIO

I have a RedHat version 3 Linux system that is currently connected to
the network through CTC. I want to change the connection to QDIO without
having to re-install from CD. Does anyone know the process or where I can
find the documentation to implement this?

Thanks, Mike Willett
