Sorry to spam the list as I've been out of the mainframe biz many years
now, but I think some here may find this of interest.

A few months ago some of us started a new site dedicated to discussion
of F/OSS and Intellectual Property issues. For a site so young we have
been doing pretty well, but now the time has come to try to find a more
diverse set of viewpoints, so we would like encourage others of similar
interests to visit, and if thus inclined to sign up and contribute
articles, comments, rantings, ravings, and members who generally
contribute topically otherwise are welcome to write diary entries on
whatever they feel like without necessarily being directly topical to
the site.

The site is http://www.ip-wars.net

A few of my peccadillos include:

Why We Hate SCO, http://www.ip-wars.net/story/2004/12/1/13619/9461
A Few SCOX Questions, http://www.ip-wars.net/story/2004/11/7/225455/969
An Overview of GPG, http://www.ip-wars.net/story/2005/1/10/0460/14319

And of course many others by other members.

Cordially,
