Hi I installed a Suse Linux 9 in a z800 with fiber channel only.
The installation finished without any problem, when I IPLed Linux in LPAR from SCSI, I got the following message : An error was detected in partition LINU, central processor (CP) 00 is looping due to switching between program status word ( PSW ) that are not valid. The program status work ( PSW ) is 0000000000000000. I entered the IPL with those options: LOAD TYPE : SCSI Load Address : 0700 World wide port name : 10000000c923af53 Logical unit number: 5700000000000000 Boot program selector : 0 Boot record logical block address: 0000000000000000 WWPN and LUN are the same that I installed the linux. Anyone have a idea what's wrong, Any hint.
