Is anyone running anti-virus software on 390/Linux SUSE sles8 & 9? If so, what are you running?
Not on SuSE.
On Debian I'm running ClamAV quite successfully.
In general, though, this and spam scanning should be put on an outboard Intel box, simply because it's computationally intensive to do the kind of fuzzy pattern matching required to detect viruses and spam. If you have spare capacity or not much mail to scan, though, I've found that ClamAV gets the job done.
