I'll second that motion.  Java programmers need to make sure that they
use efficient coding in order to run in a shared environment.

I suggest the VM and Websphere performance tools.  You will need to keep a
tight reign on your Java applications.  They can get out of hand if Java
coding standards are not enforced.
