There is a virtually identical problem with installing the security update for SLES8 k_deflt-2.4.21-266.s390.rpm. Does anyone know if this problem is only for z/VM 4.4 or if it also exists on z/Vm 5.1?
The flash from IBM suggests that 5.1 is not affected.
