For those of you still using Windows on the desktop, and not using rxvt+openssh as your SSH solution, there's a new version of Putty just announced:

Major highlights, from my perspective: IPv6 support, reasonable wildcard and recursion support in PSFTP, keepalive packets.
However, I've drunk the Mac Kool-Aid on the desktop, so, like Moses (and have you seen my beard recently?), this is a Promised Land I will not enter myself. But if you're stuck using a Windows desktop, and you don't want to install the whole Cygwin environment (and helpful as it is, it's not like I can blame you for that choice), Putty is both about the best SSH implementation for Windows and free.
