Hello from Gregg C Levine I've noticed that as well. For example, they originally included a large amount of items which were more appropriate for the desktop world. And early on, Linux on S/390 also included the hardware clock scripts which looked for the real time clock.
I would imagine that has been fixed. Incidentally can the OS be configured to serve out an X-session to a PC host? That might be one such reason. ------------------- Gregg C Levine [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------------ "The Force will be with you...Always."
