My experience with Novell and SUSE has been that if they know paperwork is on the way, they'll give you temporary access to the maintenance portal. Then once the paperwork has been completed and payment made, you'll get your activation code. So, there should be no need to ask others to provide what you can get directly from Novell/SUSE.
