It has been called to my attention that I misspoke, and I would like to clarify:
I do not mean to imply that all anti-abortion groups, or indeed anti- abortion groups as a general class, advocate the murder of those who perform abortions, and I regret that I was not clear on that point.
However, I *do* feel that Maureen O'Gara's article was of a piece with the tactics of those groups that *do* implicitly advocate the assassination of abortion providers by publishing their names and addresses, and, further, I believe that those tactics are deplorable.
