I must say this is the easiest if you can have your z/VM system with Linux be the center of the world. You would only need to run an ntp server on one of your virtual machines to allow the Linux systems outside z/VM to pick up your clock. The Linux virtual machines on z/VM will run the z/VM time automatically.
