If all of your 'real' users are linux servers, then I see nothing wrong with switching to GTM/UTC (whatever they call it now). But I would also suggest that you look at leaving it in local time and automating the switch from Standard/Daylight/Standard. There is a Class A command 'SET TIMEZONE' that you can issue from VMUTIL (or any other class A time-driven server) to switch timezones for you. I am not sure exactly how CMS users and time-driven servers react to the zone switch, but linux should be unaffected.
