We put a new guest into production on Friday -- DB2 Connect. Everything seems to be working fine, except this morning users weren't able to connect. After logging in via putty, it returned to normal.
My initial thought is the guest was swapped out for higher priority work over the weekend, and the ssh connection was enough to bring it back to life, but thinking a bit more I wonder, if that is true, why wouldn't DB2 bring it back from it's coma?
