You talking about the boot parms of the installation media?
Yes,  if you can get a shell.   Try this
          cat /proc/cmdline



Sorry - I wasn't real clear.  I would a list of all the possible parameters
that can go into the parm file that is used during the inital boot for
installation.  I don't want to be prompted at install time for all the
network, ftp, etc...  parameters.
