Neale Ferguson has uploaded a new version of CPINT for the Linux 2.6
kernel to the linuxvm.org web site.

This release:
- Uses a dynamically allocated device major number
- Has a hotplug agent that gets invoked to defined and delete devices in
/dev (no need to predefine them anymore)
- Fixes a bug for non-z8xx/z9xx boxes (used to use the troo instruction)
