Hello, everyone. I am looking for a select few individuals who would be
willing to participate by telephone in a 2-day discussion during the 1st
week of December about the management of virtual systems. (Full
disclosure: This is not a discussion about platform selection, but about
the operational characteristic of managing a server farm.) Requirements:
- Your company must have more than 1000 employees
- You must manage at least 50 virtual images (not counting CMS)
It doesn't matter whether you use z/VM or LPAR, and it doesn't matter
whether the guests are Linux, VSE, TPF, MVS, or a combination.
If you think you might like to participate, please provide me (via OFFLINE
e-mail) with
- company name
- working hours & timezone
- phone number
Someone will contact you. Thanks in advance for your interest!
Regards,
Alan
