Hi Mark,
RACF defines various tables in assembly language that need to be
assembled and linked in.
HLASM is listed as a prerequisite for RACF in the RACF specifications.
However, HLASM has become a for-charge product in VM (it used to be
free there too.)
Several sites are now using our assembler for this, saving a lot
of money.
