Did your version of PHP come with SLES8? Or did you pull down one from
somewhere else? The amount of storage being requested is just shy of 4GB.
Kind of suspicious. Looks like it may be an overflow condition of some
kind.

Subject: PHP-Nuke taking a puke

Has anyone installed PHP-Nuke to run on their mainframe Linux
environment?

I have laid down the files in the /srv/www/htdocs directory and modified
the config.php to my environment. When I point my web browser to the
directory, it gets the page can not be displayed error. So I went to the
/var/log/httpd/error_log, and I am receiving the following....

FATAL: emalloc(): Unable to allocate 4294909011 bytes
FATAL: emalloc(): Unable to allocate 4294909011 bytes

When I run 'top' cmd I see the following...

 10:48am up 1:13, 1 user, load average: 0.17, 0.30, 0.34
54 processes: 51 sleeping, 3 running, 0 zombie, 0 stopped
CPU0 states: 3.0% user, 22.0% system, 0.0% nice, 74.0% idle
CPU1 states: 26.0% user, 25.0% system, 0.0% nice, 47.1% idle
Mem: 731128K av, 207264K used, 523864K free, 0K shrd, 23332K
buff
Swap: 307192K av, 0K used, 307192K free 100428K
cached

I have installed this with success on an Intel Linux and Intel windows
systems, with no errors..

If anyone has had this problem could you share you experience with me

Environment...

PHP-Nuke-7.8
PHP Version 4.2.2
MySQL Client API version 3.23.52
Apache web server version ????
SUSE sles 8
