We have MQ v6 on Red Hat on Intel. The files shown in your list are in /opt/mqm/licenses/ on our system. I don't find any (obvious) MQ files in /tmp.

The definition of /tmp is that it can be wiped out, esp. when the system is booted. What happens to your MQ license when /tmp is cleaned out?
