That still wouldn't do you much good, as the client is probably wanting to run 
some Windows package they've already purchased, and I don't know of any Windows 
product that actually comes with source....

 and produces Z object code (even Linux/390 and/or z/Linux code.)

 We also support many of the Microsoft extensions, especially
 in the Systems/C++ compiler.
