For the most part, it is really a cookbook. I have had great
success using it to install SLES9 on our z/VM system. I
initially ran into difficulties when the cookbook suggested
that I use an NFS server to install from. This was not
possible, more so it was not the easiest to do - lots of
people to have to deal with to get this done. So, I used the
FTP method with the files on my Windows PC. This worked
until Chapter 8: Configuring NFS on controller. This
presumes that I used an NFS server for the install and now
wants me to simply copy the install tree (that I didn't have
to make) onto my controller and set it up to dish it out to
the clones.

Is there a way to continue from here, not having set up the
install tree, without having to restart the whole process
this time using an NFS server from the git-go?
