Yes. I got the 208 meg file using Internet explorer. Don't use internet
explorer.
I wound up using Konqueror on an intel linux server, as something in our
network was preventing a download larger than 2 gigs to my desktop. You may
wish try Firefox 2.0 Beta 1.
