To be frank, sendmail.cf makes me break out in hives and projectile vomiting. Mostly I don't run sendmail because I have to sit down with the Bat Book to even begin to make sense of a sendmail.cf that I might come across. Whereas, I can usually at least determine the *intent* of postfix or exim configuration, even if I'm a little fuzzy on the precise syntax.
