Lee, I *think* DHCP needs to be able use/access the layer 2 (maybe layer
3) facilities of the VSWITCH, which means that it needs to be
TYPE=ETHERNET.

I'm sure Dr Boyes can explain it much better than I....

Hi... I'm trying to set up a DHCP server on Z, under VM, via a Vswitch
to an OSA... It's all installed and configed and started (cleanly),
but... It never seems to get a request, and clients time out..

Has anyone done (or tried) it before?

Thanks,
Lee
