Nope, it never made it into the mainstream kernel.  I didn't really expect
it to though.  And I did have it working in 64-bit guests with greater than
2GB (using bounce buffers), but never published it as I'd asked if there was
interest and didn't get a response.  (Though I honestly didn't think there'd
be too many shops that would actually "trust" the code.)
