It's all in how you present it...8-) If you say "look, I'm giving you
supreme authority over all the userid creation and management across the
enterprise. The price is authorizing one userid as a member of the
Domain or Enterprise Administrator groups so that I can actually check
the authorization. I've got a knife and quill pen right here..."

Total world domination vs fighting in committee for months...I doubt
there is any power-mongering Windows admin type worth the name who could
pass *that* opportunity up...8-)
