That just tells you it's listening on the interface identified as
"localhost". Usually that's 127.0.0.1.

It looks like you went around YaST when you tried to turn it on. YaST
does more than just turn on that flag in the /etc/sysconfig file when
you use it to enable a mail server. Did you also update /etc/mail/access
to include the other IP addresses for the machine?
