Normally the latest useful version of the books is the one included in
your distribution, but the starting point to find the IBM documentation
for all supported kernel levels is:
   http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/linux/linux390/index.html

You will have to follow the links for the kernel you are using
as there are different versions of the books for different kernels.

(The actual download directory may be on a different site, but the only
reliable way to point to the latest books is by using the links from
developerworks.)
