Some months back, I cobbled-up a DIAGRC (and DIAG) function which can be loaded into Regina. This ... uhh ... only works on mainframe Linux and only when running on VM (or maybe Hercules). Also only supports DIAG(8,).
If anyone is interested, let me know. If anyone can volunteer to write for other diagnose codes, PLEASE DO. For DIAG(8,) it uses CPINT. The plan is to support VMCP ... eventually.
