John, Make those decisions (naming conventions, etc) yourself. There's nothing like starting to do something to attract the interest of those who think they should be doing it.

But I will say that I did get a couple of good answers to initial Oracle questions there. I've not had any questions lately because Oracle on z/OS is "going nowhere" right now. I just can't get anybody interested in actually making the decisions necessary to actually __DO__ something.
