Make those decisions (naming conventions, etc) yourself.  There's
nothing like starting to do something to attract the interest of those
who think they should be doing it.

Uh, as a contrarian opinion, I'd say that it is "dead city" compared to
email lists such as the DB2 one. But I will say that I did get a couple
of good answers to initial Oracle questions there. I've not had any
questions lately because Oracle on z/OS is "going nowhere" right now. I
just can't get anybody interested in actually making the decisions
necessary to actually __DO__ something. E.g. naming conventions, DASD
space for databases, backup and recovery scenarios, etc.
