I've tried Moinmoin, Mediawiki and Confluence. Moin-moin worked well with standard SLES9 apache2 and php4. It has no database, rather, the file system stores all pages - there is a nice simplicity to that. The latest Mediawiki needed php5 so I started first with a SLES10 beta. Then with help from Mark Post we moved to Slack/390 (and wiki.linuxvm.org) where the latest php5 and mysql were built from source. Confluence is a whole different story but perhaps that is not on your list of candidates. I have back-of-the-envelope type notes for each of these if you're interested.
