adding a qeth-device manually is done by the following steps:
1. Grouping the device
echo 0.0.0600,0.0.0601,0.0.0602 >
/sys/bus/ccwgroup/drivers/qeth/group
2. Optionally changing some attributes
echo <attribute value> > /sys/bus/ccwgroup/devices/0.0.0600
/<attribute>
3. Setting the device online
echo 1 > /sys/bus/ccwgroup/devices/0.0.0600/online
