You can also use c3270 from x3270's site. This can be used directly from a
unix console
to connect up against the box. Got some nice scripting functions aswell.

X3270 works fine for this purpose. Most distributions include it
(although you may need the DVD distribution media; it is commonly left
off the CD media for space reasons).

There are also commercial products such as Reflection for the Web that
would
work and support SSL.
