Hi Sue,

on a z9 you can use NPIV
(http://linuxvm.org/present/SHARE107/S9257vs.pdf).
Otherwise you need different "physical" FCP adapters to access one tape
same time from two different Linux systems.

Accessing the same device from different logical FCP adapters which are
mapped to the same physical FCP adapter will produce a "LUN already in
use" error message.
