We implemented TEMS/TEPS on x86 Linux (SLES9) at a client late last year (I
believe TEPS on z was only announced last December). It is monitoring z/VM,
zLinux (both 31bit and 64bit) and alerting to OpenView via SNMP using the
UA. It is unlikely to be moved to the z. We also implemented ITCAM
(formerly WSAM/OmegfWAS) on WAS on intel Linux and the management server
will definitely move to the z at some point. The data collectors are
monitoring WAS on zLinux (64bit SLES9).
We've had a few interesting times also (especially around SNMP) so let me
know if you'd like to share notes.
