To go a bit further: System Upgrade doesn't work reliably for SLES9->10, especially if you have 31-bit guests. Since SLES 10 is 64-bit only, it's a architecture change (s390 to s390x), and System Upgrade is documented not to work cross-architecture. There's also a lot of stuff with ensuring that the 31-bit compatibility code gets loaded and getting all the library paths right, and a bunch of other stuff that qualifies as a real PITA. It's just easier to start over on SLES 10. If you were running 64 bit SLES9, I've seen some successes, but it's still complicated tracking down all the pieces and testing. Your best path is to create a new guest and transfer your settings to a new template. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For LINUX-390 subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: INFO LINUX-390 or visit http://www.marist.edu/htbin/wlvindex?LINUX-390
