In my case, when I tried the -m option, I ran out of something (handles? mount points? I forget what it actually was). But I had sufficient disk space to do the copies. The server is SLES9 with SP1 installed. If you use the -m option and don't pay attention to the error messages, I would suspect that your installation of zLinux, may have some problems.
