1) Make sure your DNS admin also added a reverse DNS entry as well as
the forward one. 

2) Make sure your users have modern browsers. Older versions of Windows
did this a lot, especially IE5-based browsers. Worse yet, they also
cached the address, so you'd have to clear your cache before it would
see a change.
