I was installing SLES10x and everything seemed to be OK. It installed all
the software and there was some screen with check marking going on. I
walked away from my VNC session for a drink of water and when I came back
my VNC session was gone and the sles10x installation guest was down. I
assumed all was well and rebooted and selected the boot newly installed
system. Now I get the following:
Enter your root partition (e.g., /dev/sda3)
-dasda1-> /dev/dasda1
*** Invalid root device.
Enter your root partition (e.g., /dev/sda3)
-dasda1->
The root device should be /dev/dasda1. What am I missing here. Thanks for
any insights.
Peter
