Yes, it's nice for various aspects of running Linux on z/VM. If it
worked well it would help to address many of the systems management
scalability issues we had (sharing code, cloning, configuration
management, backup).

When I looked at it 2 years ago the main issues I had with it were
- active work was on very new kernels so with your SLES kernel you get
out-of-date unionfs
- several functional problems with the different forms of file access

I know some things have been fixed since then, but I have little spare
time these days.
