One of my gripes with logrotate is that you _must_ specify a configuration file 
on the command.  It won't assume a default, say /etc/logrotate.conf.  Argh.  
So, yes, you can have an application-specific logrotate.conf file somewhere in 
the application's file system, that would only cause logrotate to look at and 
act upon your specific files.
