Tom, 
that is incorrect, HSA is allocated in purchased
memory.
Also 2 GB statement is wrong, it depends on number of
devices, number of LPs etc
It may range from less than 2 GB to up to 4.5 GB for a
fully configured system. There is a HSA Estimator Tool
available for this on Resource Link.
